Ms. Margolis is filling in for former CEO Craig McCoy, who was appointed CEO of Emory Saint Joseph’s Hospital in Atlanta Sept. 1.
Ms. Margolis has been vice president and CNO of Emory Johns Creek since 2011, and has held other positions with Emory, where she started her career in 1982.
“I am honored and excited to serve as interim CEO of Emory Johns Creek Hospital,” Ms. Margolis says. “Our goal is to make the hospital run smoothly and seamless during this transition time.”
While Ms. Margolis serves as interim CEO for the hospital, Heather Redrick, MHA, BSN, RN, the director of the Emory Johns Creek ICU and observation unit, will fill in as interim CNO.
