Ms. Blomberg previously served as vice president of health system operations at Galveston-based University of Texas Medical Branch and also directed business development for the surgery department at Madison-based University of Wisconsin Health System.

Ms. Blomberg holds a master’s degree in health administration from Minneapolis-based University of Minnesota.
