In her 19-year career at the hospital, Ms. Morgan has held positions including chief operations officer, chief nursing officer and coronary care unit manager.

The hospital’s lawsuit, filed this month, names Brentwood, Tenn.-based Quorum Health Resources, which managed the hospital from 1992-2008, and its employees, former Natchez Regional CEO Jeffrey Wesselman and former CFO Michael Anderson.

Bruce Buchanan, of Philadelphia-based Healthcare Management Partners, will continue serving as chief administrative officer of the hospital, which expects to end its fiscal year with a profit for the first time in five years.
