Elliot Joseph. President and CEO of Hartford (Conn.) HealthCare. Mr. Joseph, a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives, currently oversees Hartford HealthCare’s more than 18,000 employees and the $2.4 billion it generates in annual net revenue. He previously served as president and CEO of Warren, Mich.-based St. John Health. In addition to his role at Hartford HealthCare, Mr. Joseph hosts “HealthCare Matters,” a monthly radio show.
