Philadelphia-based Einstein Healthcare Network named Elizabeth M. Datner, MD, chair of the emergency medicine department.
Here are three points:
1. Dr. Datner most recently served as chief of staff for the Corporal Michael J. Crescenz VA Medical Center in Philadelphia.
2. She is also an associate professor of emergency medicine at the Perelman School of Medicine and an adjunct senior fellow of the Leonard Davis Institute for Health Economics at the University of Pennsylvania, both in Philadelphia.
3. She is a fellow in the American College of Emergency Physicians, and numerous journals, including The American Journal of Emergency Medicine and Academic Emergency Medicine, have published her work.
