Mr. Munton has been with Duke LifePoint Healthcare since 2021, most recently serving as CFO of Twin County Regional Healthcare in Galax, Va. Before that, he was controller of National Park Medical Center in Hot Springs, Ark.
Before joining Duke LifePoint, he served as a financial analyst and an accountant with Loma Linda (Calif.) University Health Shared Services.
Mr. Munton has a masters of science accountancy from California State University in San Bernadino.
“David brings more than 15 years of experience to CCH and has worked with small community hospitals as well as large hospital systems,” CEO Dave Santoemma said in a June 5 news release. “He will be strongly focused on helping us achieving our financial and operational goals.”
