Ms. Koutouzos is the CEO of Aspirus Iron River Hospital & Clinics, a 25-bed critical access hospital founded when Iron River, Mich.-based County General Hospital and Crystal Falls (Mich.) Community Hospital merged in 1996. She oversaw the hospital’s transition to an EHR system and individual patient portals in 2015.
