Andy Dreesen, CEO of St. Vincent Health in Leadville, Colo., plans to step down in mid-September.
Mr. Dreesen joined the hospital in September 2023, according to a July 16 hospital news release shared with Becker’s. He has served as CEO through a partnership with Cypress Health, the hospital’s management company.
CFO Kelly Johnston, senior leaders at the hospital and Cypress Health will provide guidance during the transition, according to the release.
Under Mr. Dreesen’s stewardship, the hospital has undergone financial and operational transformation. Ongoing priorities include increasing access to providers and speciality care, expanding service lines and improving efficiency, the release said.
St. Vincent Health’s campus includes a critical access hospital, as well as a primary care and rehabilitation services facility.
