Mr. Mahmood will replace Jerry Massman, who is retiring after serving as Children’s CFO for the past 18 years.
Previously, Mr. Mahmood served as CFO of HealthMarkets, a health insurance company based in North Richland Hills, Texas, and has more than 20 years of experience with hospitals, physicians and payers.
