1. Mr. Hagen has served as CEO of the organization for 36 years.
2. He has worked at Chestnut Health Systems for 43 years, joining what was then known as Lighthouse in 1974.
3. During his tenure, he established the Lighthouse Institute research and training division and developed Chestnut’s international employee assistance program.
4. Following his retirement, Mr. Hagen will work part-time for two years supporting Chestnut’s global employee assistance program.
