Rita Bunch has been named COO of Memorial Regional Hospital in Hollywood, Fla., the flagship facility of Memorial Healthcare System, according to a Dec. 19 news release shared with Becker’s.
Ms. Bunch brings nearly 30 years of healthcare leadership experience to the role. Most recently, she served as market CEO for Erlanger East and Erlanger North hospitals in Chattanooga, Tenn., beginning in October 2024. Before that, she was president of Sentara Martha Jefferson Hospital in Charlottesville, Va.
Memorial Regional Hospital is an 863-bed Level 1 trauma center.
