Cherie Sibley is LifePoint Health’s new Central Group COO

Brentwood, Tenn.-based LifePoint Health selected Cherie Sibley to serve as COO of its Central Group of hospitals, effective March 13, 2017. The Central Group includes LifePoint hospitals in Indiana, Kentucky, Georgia, Mississippi and Tennessee.

Most recently, Ms. Sibley served as LifePoint’s Central Kentucky East market president and CEO of Clark Regional Medical Center in Winchester, Ky. She joined LifePoint in 2001, and has served in numerous roles within the health system, including COO of Danville (Va.) Regional Medical Center and CNO and COO of Vaughan Regional Medical Center in Selma, Ala.

Ms. Sibley is a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and was a member of Advisory Board Fellowship Program’s inaugural class in 2009.

Ms. Sibley succeeds Robert Klein, who took on the role of LifePoint Western Group president in January 2017.
