A spokeswoman for Beverly Hospital said on Wednesday that the hospital has “focused its discussions” on Hanover but had not chosen him yet to succeed former CEO Stephen Laverty, who resigned in November after votes of no confidence in him by doctors and nurses at the hospital.
The Cincinnati Business Courier, reporting on Hanover’s exit, noted that the Health Alliance of Greater Cincinnati, which now has four hospitals, has “shrunk considerably” in a series of shakeups under Hanover’s leadership.
