Mr. Stevens has served as the interim president for the hospital since March 2012. For more than 20 years, he has worked for Winston-Salem, N.C.-based Novant Health, parent company of Brunswick Novant Medical Center. He began working at the health system in 1990 as a respiratory therapist and joined Brunswick in 2006 as senior director of operations.
