Broward Health appoints SVP of operations: 5 notes

Fort Lauderdale, Fla.-based Broward Health named David Clark senior vice president of operations.

Five notes:

1. Mr. Clark most recently served as assistant vice president of corporate services, a role he assumed in April 2018.

2. He has prior experience as executive director of facilities and construction at Boca Raton (Fla.) Regional Hospital and as associate vice president of facilities construction and design at Miami-based Jackson Health System.

3. Mr. Clark is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives.

4. He holds an MBA from Nova Southeastern University in Davie, Fla.

5. In his new role, Mr. Clark will oversee daily operations as well as the system’s construction, facilities and design departments.
