Omaha, Neb.-based Boys Town National Research Hospital appointed Edward Kolb, MD, director, according to a Live Well Nebraska report.
Here are three things to know:
1. Dr. Kolb most recently served as vice president of hospital operations and CMO. He will continue to serve as the hospital's CMO.
2. Board certified in pediatrics and anesthesiology, Dr. Kolb will continue to provide care to patients.
3. Dr. Kolb succeeds John Arch, who is leaving the role to run for the Nebraska Legislature.
