Boston health system names COO

East Boston Neighborhood Health Center has named Ryan Boxill, PhD, its executive vice president and chief operating officer, the Everett Independent reported.

Dr. Boxill has more than 20 years of healthcare experience. Most recently, he served as chief behavioral health officer for Boston Medical Center Health System.
