Bill Widener Resigns as CEO of Middle Park Medical Center

Bill Widener, CEO of Middle Park Medical Center, a 25-bed critical access hospital in Kremmling, Colo., resigned from his post earlier this week, according to a Sky-Hi News report.

Mr. Widener had been CEO of Middle Park Medical Center since July 2005. It was not disclosed why Mr. Widener decided to leave, though he said he will consult with the hospital as it transitions to new leadership.

The hospital board named CFO Cole White and Chief of Staff Mark Paulson, MD, co-interim CEOs, according to the report.
