Barnesville Hospital in Ohio Names David Phillips CEO

Barnesville (Ohio) Hospital has named David Phillips CEO and administrator, effective Aug. 6.

Mr. Phillips will also serve as president of the hospital’s subsidiaries — Belmont County Health Services, a medical supply company, and Belmont Professional Associates, a multi-specialty physician practice.

He joined the hospital in 2000 and has served as COO since 2010.

Mr. Phillips succeeds Richard Doan, who has retired.
