Three things to know:
1. Ms. Wise most recently served as CIO at San Francisco-based Dignity Health. In December, she was named CIO of CommonSpirit Health, the organization formed by the merger of Dignity Health and Englewood, Colo.-based Catholic Health Initiatives.
2. She has previous experience serving as CIO at Phoenix-based Abrazo Community Health Network.
3. In her new role, Ms. Wise will be responsible for the implementation of technology and IT strategy at the 28-hospital system.
