St. Joseph Health-Sonoma County CEO to resign: 5 things to know

Santa Rosa, Calif.-based St. Joseph Health-Sonoma County CEO Todd Salnas is stepping down, effective March 1, according to a North Bay Business Journal report.

Five things to know:

1. Mr. Salnas is leaving to take on the COO role at Vancouver, Wash.-based PeaceHealth’s Oregon network.

2. He has served as CEO of St. Joseph Health-Sonoma County, which includes two hospitals, since 2012.

3. Under Mr. Salnas’ leadership, the organization gained $641 million in revenues last year.

4. He was previously the organization’s COO.

5. Tyler Hedden, current COO of St. Joseph Health-Sonoma County, will become interim CEO.
