7 recent hospital, health system CFO moves

Becker's Hospital Review reported the following recent hospital and health system CFO moves.

They are listed below, alphabetized by the executive's name:

1. Thomas J. Aaron, executive vice president and CFO of Franklin, Tenn.-based Community Health Systems, is retiring.  

2. St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Memphis, Tenn., welcomed Abed Abdo as CFO of ALSAC, its fundraising and awareness organization. 

3. Dignity Health–Northridge (Calif.) Hospital Medical Center selected Douglas Brown to serve as CFO.

4. Livonia, Mich.-based Trinity Health promoted Ben Carter, executive vice president and CFO, to COO, effective Jan. 1.

5. Frye Regional Medical Center in Hickory, N.C., selected Matthew Seagroves to serve as CFO. 

6. Saint Mary's Health Network in Reno, Nev., promoted CFO Alan Smith to COO. 

7. Vancouver, Wash.-based PeaceHealth named Krista Touros CFO of its Northwest network.
