1. Blue Mountain Hospital in John Day, Ore., hired Randall Mee as CEO.

2. White Plains (N.Y.) Hospital appointed Susan Fox CEO, effective May 1.

3. I-70 Community Hospital in Sweet Springs, Mo., appointed Jeff Bloemker CEO.

4. The American Hospital Association named Rick Pollack, a 32-year veteran of the AHA, president and CEO.

5. Meridian, Miss.-based Anderson Regional Medical Center named John Anderson president and CEO.

6. Mishawaka, Ind.-based Franciscan Alliance named James Callaghan, MD, CEO of its three hospitals in Carmel, Ind., Indianapolis and Mooresville, Ind.

7. Alabama Hospital Association President and CEO Mike Horsley will retire at the end of 2015.
