In the position, Mr. Bloemker will oversee strategic, operational and clinical activities for I-70 Community Hospital, a 15-bed hospital with critical access designation by Medicare.
Mr. Bloemker previously served as vice president of Mosaic Life Care in St. Joseph, Mo. Prior to that, Mr. Bloemker spent a decade in Washington, D.C., helping to shape public policy.
