1. Ft. Lauderdale-based HCA East Florida tapped Josh DeTillio to serve as CEO of Palms West Hospital in Loxahatchee, Fla., effective July 16.
2. Mayo Clinic selected Gianrico Farrugia, MD, to succeed John Noseworthy, MD, as president and CEO of Rochester, Minn.-based Mayo Clinic, the 31-member board of trustees confirmed Aug. 10.
3. Wilson (N.C.) Medical Center appointed Mark Holyoak CEO, effective Sept. 10.
4. Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital in Somerset, Ky., appointed Robert Parker CEO, effective Aug. 27.
5. Baltimore-based University of Maryland Medical System appointed Sherry B. Perkins, PhD, RN, president and CEO of Cheverly, Md.-based University of Maryland Capital Region Health.
6. Marriottsville, Md.-based Bon Secours Health System named Leigh Sewell CEO of three facilities, effective Sept. 5.
