1. Mr. DeTillio comes to Palms West from Gulf Coast Medical Center in Ft. Myers, Fla., where he served as chief administrative officer.
2. He previously served as COO of North Shore Medical Center in Miami and for St. Mary’s Medical Center in West Palm Beach, Fla.
3. Prior to his healthcare career, Mr. DeTillio served as a field artillery officer in the United States Army.
4. He is a fellow with the American College of Healthcare Executives.
5. Mr. DeTillio holds an MBA from Nashville, Tenn.-based Vanderbilt University, as well as a master of public health degree from Boston-based Harvard University.
