Two system C-suite leaders and two hospital executives within Yale New Haven (Conn.) Health are no longer with the organization, a health system spokesperson confirmed to Becker’s Oct. 31.

“We can confirm that we made executive transitions as part of our ongoing efforts to transform our health system to meet the demands of our current healthcare landscape,” the spokesperson said in a statement shared with Becker’s. “We thank these individuals for their dedicated service over the years.”

Among those departing is Gail Kosyla, executive vice president and CFO, who had served in the role since 2022. Executive Vice President and General Counsel Bill Aseltyne, who joined Yale New Haven in 2007, is no longer with the system.

Yale New Haven plans to identify new leaders for the CFO and general counsel roles in the coming months, the spokesperson said.

Two executives at Greenwich (Conn.) Hospital — COO Marc Kosak and CFO Bill Degnan — have also exited the organization.

“In Greenwich, the new executive leadership structure is in alignment with other YNHHS hospitals and our system-wide structure,” the spokesperson said.

In March, Yale New Haven restructured its leadership to consolidate roles, drive growth and streamline decision-making. The move was expected to affect up to 38 management and administrative positions, though the system said most affected individuals were offered roles within the new structure.
