1. Michael Purvis, CEO of Sutter Santa Rosa (Calif.) Regional Hospital, plans to retire in February 2020.

2. Gonzales (Texas) Healthcare Systems appointed Patty Stewart CEO.

3. Henderson, Ky.-based Methodist Health named Linda White CEO, effective Oct. 1.

4. Minden (La.) Medical Center named Jim R. Williams CEO, effective Sept. 10.
