16 latest hospital, health system executive resignations

Becker's Hospital Review reported on the following latest hospital and health system executive resignations.

They are listed below, in alphabetical order.

1. Matthew Bailey, president of Indianapolis-based Indiana University Health's South Central Region, will depart in a few months.

2. Somerset, Ky.-based Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital CEO Tim Bess resigned March 5.

3. Cooperstown, N.Y.-based Bassett Healthcare Network President and CEO Vance M. Brown, MD, is resigning April 20.

4. Chad Campbell, CEO of McKenzie-Willamette Medical Center in Springfield, Ore., resigned for a new job opportunity.

5. Jennifer Dauer, senior vice president of strategy and growth at Cincinnati Children's, is leaving the role for a new job opportunity, effective in April.

6. Morgantown, W.Va.-based Mon Health President and CEO Darryl Duncan resigned, effective March 19.

7. Chicago-based Presence Health President and CEO Michael Englehart is resigning, effective March 30.

8. Jonathan Goble stepped down as president of Indianapolis-based Indiana University Health's North Central Region in February.

9. Kirby Johnson, CEO of Davis County Hospital in Bloomfield, Iowa, is departing for another job April 1.

10. Tim Johnson, MD, regional vice president of La Crosse, Wis.-based Mayo Clinic Health System-Franciscan Healthcare, is departing in September.

11. John Kessler, president and CEO of Salem (Ill.) Township Hospital, resigned March 5.

12. Rand O'Leary, chief executive of Vancouver, Wash.-based PeaceHealth's Oregon region, is departing April 20.

13. Dottie Oakes, MSN, RN, interim CEO of Morgantown, W.Va.-based Mon Health, resigned.

14. Merit Health Natchez (Miss.) CEO Eric Robinson is resigning for a new position in Texas, effective March 29.

15. Colorado Springs, Colo.-based Penrose-St. Francis Health Services CEO Margaret Sabin resigned March 16.

16. Steven M. Scott, interim CEO of Upstate University Hospital in Syracuse, N.Y., resigned.
