2 regional presidents leave Indiana University Health: 6 takeaways

Two Indianapolis-based Indiana University Health executives stepped down, an IU Health spokesperson confirmed to Becker’s Hospital Review.

Here are six takeaways:

1. Jonathan Goble stepped down as president of IU Health’s North Central Region last month.

2. Randy Yust, CFO of the North Central Region, is serving as interim president of the North Central Region.

3. The North Central Region includes IU Health North Hospital in Carmel, Ind.; IU Health Saxony Hospital in Fishers, Ind.; and IU Health Tipton (Ind.) Hospital.

4. Matthew Bailey, president of the South Central Region, will depart in a few months.

5. Brian Shockney, COO of IU Health Bloomington (Ind.) Hospital, will take over as interim president of the South Central Region.

6. The South Central Region comprises IU Health Bloomington Hospital; IU Health Bedford (Ind.) Hospital; IU Health Paoli (Ind.) Hospital; and IU Health Morgan in Martinsville, Ind.

7. IU Health did not give any reason for the departures.
