12 latest hospital, health system executive resignations

Becker's Hospital Review reported on the following latest hospital and health system executive resignations.

They are listed below, in alphabetical order.

1. Kenny Boyd, president and CEO of McDonough District Hospital in Macomb, Ill., is resigning.

2. Crystal River, Fla.-based Seven Rivers Regional Medical Center CEO Austin Brown departed for a new role at Bayfront Health St. Petersburg (Fla.), effective April 20.

3. Dan Kelly, president of CHI Health St. Mary's in Nebraska City, Neb., is resigning May 18.

4. Jessica Long, CEO of CHI Memorial Hospital Georgia in Fort Oglethorpe, resigned April 6.

5. Gwen MacKenzie, MSN, ministry market executive for St. Louis-based Ascension's Michigan region, left the role April 30.

6. Kalispell (Mont.) Regional Healthcare CFO and CIO Charles Pearce resigned.

7. Walter Ramos, president at Carney Hospital in Dorchester, Mass., is resigning for a new job opportunity in the nonprofit arena, effective in July.

8. Peter Savoy, CEO of Eureka Springs (Ark.) Hospital, is resigning for a new job opportunity in May.

9. Flagstaff-based Northern Arizona Healthcare President and CEO Rob Thames resigned March 26.

10. Portland-based Oregon Health & Science University Healthcare CEO Mitch Wasden resigned after a little over a year into his tenure.

11. Salem, Ark.-based Fulton County Hospital CEO Charles Willet tendered his resignation.
