Jessica Long, CEO of CHI Memorial Hospital Georgia in Fort Oglethorpe, is resigning, effective April 6.

Here are four things to know:

1. Ms. Long is leaving to take on the CEO and general counsel roles at Raleigh, N.C.-based Well Care Health.

2. She served as CEO of CHI Memorial Hospital Georgia for three years.

3. During her tenure, the hospital developed a new brand, mission, vision and values as well as implemented an EHR.

4. Angie Hullander will step in to serve as administrator and special operations leader at CHI Memorial Hospital Georgia.
