Mr. Pearce resigned “for personal reasons,” a Kalispell Regional spokesperson wrote in an email to Becker’s Hospital Review. He became CFO and CIO in 2000. He is a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
Tracey Talley succeeded Mr. Pearce on an interim basis, according to a Daily Inter Lake report.
Kalispell Regional Healthcare recently laid off less than 1 percent of its more than 4,000-person workforce. KRH officials did not specify the number of layoffs but told Becker’s Hospital Review the realignment affected “positions ranging from leadership to hourly staff.”
