The SaaS platform played a key role in avoiding the loss of $22.7 million in patient payments each year. Jose Rivera, corporate director of the health system, attributes 62 percent of that $22.7 million to the SaaS platform, according to the report.

Orlando Health is using VisiQuate’s SaaS analytics platform. The health system uses four customized analytics sets within the platform:

•    Physician performance analytics
•    Patient-pay analytics
•    Revenue management analytics
•    Enterprise management analytics
