Mr. Scott, cofounder and CEO of HIE engineering company Axolotl Corp., also serves on the boards of Health Fidelity and iRhythm Technologies, and he is the chairman of eHealth Technologies in Rochester, N.Y., according to a press release. He has specialized in software system and program design, working with startups in Europe and the U.S., and he has served on the boards of many public and private technology companies. An information search technology system he developed early in his career led to the implementation Scotland Yard’s first criminal intelligence system.
