The tool is designed to assist small-to medium-sized healthcare practices, covered entities and business associates assess and identify risks to electronic personalized health information.
The updates to the tool include enhanced user interface, modular workflow with question branching logic, a progress tracker as well as business associate and asset tracking. The agencies worked with healthcare practice managers to improve the original tool.
