Through the go-live, data from NYU Lutheran, NYU Lutheran Family Health Centers and affiliated faculty group practice offices was seamlessly integrated between the facilities.

The Epic installation at NYU Lutheran is the largest clinical go-live in the New York City-based NYU Langone Health System to date. It was partially funded by a $29.2 million grant from the New York State Delivery Reform Incentive Payment program.

“NYU Langone’s years of experience with Epic and various technologies gave us the confidence in our ability to launch a unified comprehensive system at NYU Lutheran that incorporates best practices — in record time,” said Nader Mherabi, senior vice president and vice dean and CIO at NYU Langone. “All of these electronic health record innovations and the integration of the NYU Lutheran system offer tremendous benefits to clinicians and patients.”
