In order to receive incentive payments under the Medicare EHR program, eligible professional and hospitals must attest meaningful use through CMS’ registration and attestation portal. CMS’ new attestation page now provides information on the attestation process, an attestation calculator to help eligible providers confirm they meet meaningful use criteria and user guides.

The website will soon include attestation worksheet so eligible providers have meaningful use values on hand while attesting and videos showing how to complete the attestation process, according to the news report.
