Oracle Health now reports to Mike Sicilia, co-CEO of Oracle, Bloomberg reported Nov. 11.
According to organizational charts cited by Bloomberg, Mr. Sicilia has assumed oversight of Oracle Health. This move comes after Mr. Sicilia was named co-CEO in September alongside Clay Magouyrk, who previously served as president of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
Mr. Sicilia and Mr. Magouyrk succeeded Safra Catz, who had led Oracle since 2014. Ms. Catz was appointed to executive vice chair of Oracle’s board of directors.
Oracle declined to comment to Bloomberg on its management structure.
The company last restructured leadership in its health division in 2024, when it named Seema Verma — former administrator of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services under the first Trump administration — to lead Oracle Health.
Oracle Health, which holds a 22.9% share of the acute care EHR market, according to KLAS, has undergone several leadership changes since Oracle acquired Cerner in 2022.
