Chase Clinical Documentation releases new remote documentation service

Chase Clinical Documentation has launched its Chase Scribe Remote service, a program that offers individual physicians, smaller physician practices and remotely located practices a cost-effective documentation option.

The service allows physicians to dictate patient encounters in real time. Chase Scribe Remote then converts the dictation to text and inserts it into the appropriate area of the EMR.
