ABILITY offers applications and data analytics, including revenue cycle management software, connections to payers and clinical intelligence.
2. Both parties spoke positively of the acquisition. ABILITY said the acquisition will provide new growth opportunities for the company, and extend its leadership in the post-
acute market. eHealth Data Solutions said the combination “expands our sales reach and service level for our customers.”
3. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
