The following hospital and health system credit rating and outlook changes or affirmations occurred in the last week, beginning with the most recent:

1. S&P assigns 'A+' rating to Lee Memorial Health System

S&P Global Ratings assigned a "A+" long-term rating to Fort Myers, Fla.-based Lee Memorial Health System.

2. S&P revises Care New England Health System outlook to positive

S&P Global Ratings has revised the outlook of Providence, R.I.-based Care New England Health System to positive.

3. S&P lowers Ryder Memorial Hospital rating to 'CCC'

S&P Global Ratings lowered its rating for Humacao, Puerto Rico-based Ryder Memorial Hospital from "CCC+" to "CCC."

4. Fitch upgrades Concord Hospital rating to 'AA-'

Fitch Ratings upgraded its rating for Concord (N.H.) Hospital from "A+" to "AA-."

5. Fitch affirms 'AA' rating for Seattle Children's Hospital

Fitch Ratings affirmed its "AA" long-term rating and assigned an "AA" issuer default rating to Seattle Children's Hospital.

6. Moody's upgrades Fred Hutchison Cancer Research Center's rating to 'A2'

Moody's Investors Service upgraded the long-term debt ratings for Seattle-based Fred Hutchison Cancer Research Center from "A3" to "A2," affecting $352 million of debt.

7. Moody's affirms 'A1' rating for Aspirus

Moody's Investors Service has downgraded its bond and issuer ratings for Philadelphia-based Albert Einstein Healthcare Network from "Baa3" to "Ba1," affecting $440 million of rated debt.

11. Fitch downgrades rating of John Fitzgibbon Memorial Hospital to 'B'

Fitch Ratings has downgraded Marshall, Mo.-based John Fitzgibbon Memorial Hospital's long-term rating from "BB+" to "B."

12. Moody's affirms 'A3' rating for DCH Health Care Authority

Moody's Investors Service has affirmed its "A3" rating for Tuscaloosa, Ala.-based DCH Health Care Authority, affecting $28 million of outstanding revenue bonds.

13. S&P revises Boston Medical Center outlook to positive

S&P Global Ratings revised its outlook for Boston (Mass.) Medical Center from stable to positive.

14. Moody's affirms 'Baa2' rating for NYU Winthrop Hospital

Moody's Investors Service affirmed its "Baa2" for Winthrop-University Hospital Association, which does business as NYU Winthrop Hospital in Mineola, N.Y.
