Moody's affirms 'Baa1' rating for Floyd Healthcare Management

 

Moody's Investors Service has affirmed its "Baa1" rating for Floyd Healthcare Management, affecting $30 million of rated debt.

Floyd Healthcare Management operates Floyd Medical Center and Floyd Behavioral Health Center, both in Rome, Ga. The affirmation reflects Moody's expectation that the management company will show improved financial performance in fiscal year 2019.

The rating outlook is stable.
