New York hospital plans $132M in upgrades

UHS Wilson Medical Center in Binghamton, N.Y., plans to start a $132 million modernization project, according to local news station WICZ.

The hospital plans to expand its emergency center, add four floors to increase its surgery offerings and build a helipad.

Construction is slated to start this fall. It will be completed in stages over three to four years.
