Ms. Morris made the announcement via LinkedIn.

Prior to her role at Optum, she served as senior director of interoperability strategy at health tech company Change Healthcare.

This comes as Optum continues to shake up its leadership. Most recently the company promoted Caitlin Zulla to CEO of Optum Health’s east region.

Phil McKoy, Optum’s CIO, also took on a new position as Optum’s new enterprise lead.
