Health system VC arms back home care platform

Milwaukee-based Froedtert Health’s venture arm, Inception Health, and Johnson City, Tenn.-based Ballad Health’s venture arm, Ballad Ventures, backed a $2.5 million funding round for a senior housing and care solution platform.

The platform, dubbed Homecare Hub, creates home care and housing solutions, according to a Sept. 26 news release from Homecare Hub. 

Other companies that joined the funding round include AARP, Blue Lion Global and FHS Capital.
