Baptist Health teamed up with health IT developer Gozio Health to deploy the wayfinding platform, which provides GPS-like turn-by-turn directions throughout Baptist Health’s hospitals, parking garages and more than 175 outpatient locations.

The navigation app lets patients find on-site resources and locations, such as restaurants and ATMs, as well as helps patients access digital services like physician directories, appointment scheduling and patient records.
