Here are three things to know about the project.
1. The 18,000-square-foot health center will be located on the second floor of a residence and office complex called 55 Hudson Yards.
2. Open extended and weekend hours, the center will offer follow-up care coordination, prescription delivery services to Hudson Yards offices and homes, alternative and physical therapies, as well as home and office visits with an on-call medical team.
3. If a Hudson Yards resident or employee requires offsite treatment, Mount Sinai healthcare navigators will refer patients to any of Mount Sinai’s locations.
4. The center, led by Mount Sinai internist Tina Sindwani, MD, is scheduled to open in early 2019.
