LHC Group Acquires Two Practices, Enters Into a Joint Venture

LHC Group, a national provider of home health and hospice, has acquired hospice locations in Alabama and Louisiana and entered into a home health joint venture with a hospital in Kentucky, according to a company news release.

LHC Group acquired assets from Hospice Complete in Alabama, which has combined annual net revenue of approximately $4.8 million. The company also acquired Vital Hospice in Hammond, La., with net revenue of approximately $1.5 million.

LHC Group also entered into a joint venture with Marshall County Hospital in Benton, Ky., to provide home health services in the community.
