Manchester, N.H.-based Catholic Medical Center broke ground on its freestanding emergency room, New Hampshire Union Leader reported Nov. 3.
The Nashua Emergency Room — a $16 million, 10,000-square-foot facility — will provide 24/7 high-acuity care, including advanced diagnostics and on-site laboratory services. The facility will host 11 emergency bays and be staffed by about 30 clinical professionals.
It is set to open in mid-2026.
Catholic Medical Center is part of the HCA Healthcare network. HCA already operates three New Hampshire freestanding EDs in Seabrook, Dover and Plaistow.
